Accommodations
For ease of travel and coordination, we recommend that guests stay at one of two towns on the southern border of Lake Garda: Desenzano or Sirmione (see TRAVEL section for more information). We will have shuttles take guests from these two towns to and from our venue (20-minute drive south of the lake) so you don’t have to deal with the hassle of driving (there is no public transportation to the venue and parking is uncertain). Desenzano and Sirmione are about 20 minutes from one another, and there are local buses that take you back and forth if you would like to explore both places during your stay. We have reserved ~50 rooms across both sites. In the following tabs are information on how you can book one of these rooms. If you plan on booking your own hotel or Airbnb, just make sure it is within walking distance to one of our shuttle stops (see individual sections for exact location). Lake Garda is a popular tourist destination during the summer, so we recommend that you book your accommodation soon as they do fill up and rise in price. Furthermore, hotels have flexible cancellation policies in case travel plans change. If you are taking a car, please remember to call hotels or Airbnbs ahead of time to secure parking.
